A strategy and innovation project developed with Yarn’s founders to help future-proof their generative storytelling app. The work examined how interaction design and product direction could make the experience more resilient, engaging and relevant as the platform evolved. It balanced a long-term product vision with the practical needs of a growing creative tool.
